Contact us via email or text, to find availability for boarding of dogs for your chosen dates.
Read through the Terms and Conditions as agreed with our local council, for our licence conditions. You can read them here.
Arrange for a home visit, where you can meet us in our home, in your home, or in a neutral place, so that your dog/s feel comfortable in getting to know us. We can fill out the pet profile at this point, or that can be arranged after the meet and greet, so that I have all the correct information needed for yourself and your pet if you wish to move forward to the next step.
You will provide food/bedding/utensils/toys where possible, to allow your dog/s to feel comfortable with their own things while they are away from home, however they will live as part of our family. A visit to our home, will let you see where your pet will be living, and help us answer any questions you have.
We will require your pet profile and client agreement to be completed for an overnight stay. The price is £30 for the 1 pet, and £50 if there are 2 dogs. This allows us to get to know your pet/s, and also have them return home quickly again, which reduces stress on your pets when stays are longer. Please bring your dog/s own things to have during their stay.
By the time you go away, I will have spent some time with your dog/s. They will be comfortable with us, and know you are returning. We will confirm pick-up and drop off times, which can be negotiated due to uncertain Covid times. We do need to make appointments for drop off and pick up, otherwise we may not be around if you just turn up. Your dog will have a minimum or two substantial walks, or less if required. We also have dedicated garden space for your dog to access.
Please bring your dog/s things, including bedding, blankets, toys, food and treats.
While you are away, we will send you videos and photos of your pets, to see how they are living. Most clients use Facebook messaging, however What’s App is becoming more popular.
